Welcome
Welcome
I am the proprietor of Glory Bee Quilting, a company established in 1998. I’m a member of five guilds and have been teaching quilting and fiber arts since 1994. I specialize in quilts featuring three-dimensional effects, especially baby quilts. I teach traditional piecing most often, but I also love to teach applique’, red work, and hand and machine quilting. I present numerous lectures and teach full and half day workshops. My most requested lecture is “QUEEN OF TOPS” a humorous program that ends with a funny, original poem that is about ten minutes long.
I live in Franklinville, NJ in a beautiful rural area. The pictures on the right show apple trees lining a county road and the abundance of just one apple tree in the orchard .
At bottom right is my small, sweet, smart poodle. Jasper appreciates the quilts and toys I make for him!
This little bee is representative of the Queen Bumble Bee that I admire so much. She is air-diametrically not suppose to be able to fly...But she does! Carrying the eggs of the future generation she over-winters by herself...and in the Spring starts a whole new colony... by Herself! Talk about a strong female!
